What Are Whole Sale Houses

What is the whole sale housing market?

Great question.  This is a very interesting part of the housing industry.  It really has it's roots in flipping of houses.  I for one do not really like that term.  Many people do not really understand what it is or how it works. And honestly it is a subject for a whole page in itself.

Whole saleing is just what it sounds like, getting a house at a price below market value, and I mean way below.  Most of these homes need work.  Most of the time it means more than just paint and carpet.  Companies will go out find homes that can be priced right for a quick turn around to an investor.   The homes have enough room that the wholesaler can sell to the investor who can then rehab the house and either keep as an income producing home or turn around and sell at a profit.

What it really is;  is the wholesaler goes out and finds a buyer for a home and gets paid a fee for finding the buyer.  Sometimes the wholesaler actually does buy the property themself but in gerneral they like to pass it on.  There are many homes in the Jacksonville area  being bought and sold in this manner.
